How to Order


Step 1) 

Contact us as soon as possible via phone, text or email about availability and to confirm your reservation. Ideally, your custom piece should be pre-ordered prior to your wedding or event to secure your spot...but if preserving your flowers is a last-minute idea, we would still love to help!

Step 2) 

Once your reservation is confirmed, use our PRODUCTS page to select the size of your frame and pay. (The color of your frame will be selected at a later time.) Large bouquets generally have flowers that go unused, so consider using any extra flowers by adding an ornament or smaller frame to your order. 

Step 3) 

Flowers would ideally be received by Flowers Always within 5 days of your event.  

Local drop-offs can be made to my home studio in Tampa, FL or alternate arrangements may be accommodated.  

We do accept flowers shipped from outside the Tampa Bay area, but it is your responsibility to ensure that your flowers reach us promptly and intact. The cost to ship (and return ship) your flowers to us is your responsibility.*

Alternately, consider letting us recreate your bouquet! Instead of shipping your fresh blooms to us we will recreate your bouquet using locally sourced flowers, press and frame them. There is a $75 fee to recreate your bouquet (in addition to the cost of your frame). This may be a cost saving alternative to shipping your bouquet to us.  

* If you choose to ship your flowers to and from us, we recommend overnight shipping to give your flowers the best chance of arriving in good shape, or you can choose 2-3 day shipping as a more economical option.  Please consider these additional shipping costs before making your reservation as they are your responsibility and not included in your order total. Additional cost for return shipping will be added.
